As new proposals evolve through the creative pyramid, (which defines the house’s approach to design), further Icons will be added to the collection.     Maison Margiela’s packaging is founded in the core philosophies of the House. The optical white handles of carrier bags appear frayed to evoke the trace of time as an evolution of the house’s original anonymous fabric totes.
