- Place your order by December 19th to receive it by December 24th. We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.
- Return deadlines for orders placed in December 2024 are extended until January 31st, 2025.
- Returns are always free.
To request a return or exchange online:
- Complete the Return Form within 30 days from delivery of the items
- Pack the item(s) in the original order box or a similar box. Then stick the pre-printed courier label onto the box.
- Contact the courier indicated in the pre-printed label to organise the pick-up.
