Maison Margiela’s Co-Ed Spring-Summer 2026 collection presents a series of concepts and proposals for real life. New design suggestions appear alongside re-introductions and evolutions of archival ideas. Tailoring opens the show, reworked with a sharply rounded shoulder and a cutaway tuxedo waistcoat front tied like the blouse blanche worn by our staff. Slip dresses become outer layers, floral dresses are held by a bodice of taping, while floral prints embossed onto knitwear recalls the effect of peeling 16th-century wallpaper.​

Plasticisation continues from the Artisanal 2025 show, with clustered jewellery sealed in Perspex and silk jackets transformed into rainwear. Footwear explores new constructions, from the archival Heel-less pumps and boots, to the Tabi Claw set on a transparent Plexi heel. Accessories include the new Box Bag with metal trim. Throughout, models wear Four Stitch mouthpieces, continuing the Maison’s exploration of anonymity, accompanied by an orchestra of 61 young musicians from the Orchestre à l’École association.​
