FAQs Shipping & Pick Up Services
Delivery costs include any applicable taxes and fees.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order.

If you chose Home Delivery, the order will be delivered by courier during working hours. We remind you that someone needs to be present at delivery to sign for the package.
After the a failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a note with instructions on further delivery attempts, or take your package to the nearest Access Point, if there is one in your area.If you chose Pick up in Boutique, you will receive an email as soon as the items are available for pickup.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we invite you to:
- Check the order status in the Orders section of your account, or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation email in the Follow your Order page
- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
- In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier

It is not currently possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery. You can try to contact the courier directly to organize the delivery.

Maison Margiela offers you the possibility to pick up your online order free of charge in a boutique.
Select "Pick up in boutique" at checkout, and choose which boutique you would like to have your order delivered to. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:
- A valid ID
- The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).
If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring in addition to the documents above:
- A valid ID of the person collecting
- Letter of authorisation.
If the item is not picked up within 14 days of delivery to the boutique, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, and remote locations specified at checkout.
Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
The delivery address of your order must match the Country/region site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different site will be automatically canceled. You can check the Country/region site you are in from the bottom right corner of every page of the website. -
Express delivery is free of charge for all orders above 600 CAD.
