  - Return deadlines for orders placed in December 2024 are extended until January 31st, 2025.

  2. Pack the item(s) in the original order box or a similar box. Then stick the pre-printed courier label onto the box.
  3. Contact the courier indicated in the pre-printed label to organise the pick-up.
