Maison Margiela Residences

Maison Margiela unveils Maison Margiela Residences, marking the House’s first venture into residential living. Architecture and design have long been central to the Maison’s identity, and Maison Margiela Residences extends this legacy—translating the Maison’s codes of deconstruction, trompe-l’oeil, and transformation into a luxury living environment in one of Dubai’s most exclusive locations.
Maison Margiela has consistently used interiors and furniture as a key extension of our creative vision. Early offices featured white-painted objects and furniture, transforming everyday items into minimalist canvases for experimentation—a concept later echoed in its distinctive retail spaces and projects.
Landmark interior projects such as the redesign of the L’Ille Aux Oiseaux hotel suite and the design of La Maison Champs Élysées hotel solidified Margiela’s approach to architecture, design and spatial identity, now further developed with the introduction of Margiela Residences.
