At once deconstructed yet complete, the vertical Fortune bag is crafted from net, toile and calf leather. The short rounded handle is wrapped in the contrast toile, elevating the humble everyday fabric as part of the Maison’s Exercise in Style study. Studs on the base allow the bag to stand, with a drawstring to securely close. Maison Margiela's signature, the four stitches, appear at the side; the opposite of a label.
