We offer free Standard shipping on all orders. Express delivery is free of charge for all orders above 400 GBP. Returns are always free.
To request a return or exchange online:
- Complete the Return Form within 30 days from delivery of the items
- Pack the item(s) in the original order box or a similar box. Then stick the pre-printed courier label onto the box.
- Contact the courier indicated in the pre-printed label to organise the pick-up.
