Fitted jacket constructed as an assemblage of three types of waxed calf leather, with visible topstitching at every seam. Collarless round neckline with a lace-up tie fastening. The silhouette is structured through the body and flares gently at the hip. Our four stitches appear at the back; the opposite of a label.
Assemblage: Disparate materials, garments and references are brought together to form a new composition. Their original identities remain visible within the finished object. The resulting tension between elements becomes part of the design.
