RETURNS AND AFTER SALES Return Information

Maison Margiela offers returns within 30 days from the delivery date for online orders. Items bought at any of our boutiques can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Items purchased on websites different to MaisonMargiela.com will not be accepted.

  • To request a return or exchange online:

    1. Ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached.
    2. Complete the Return Form within 30 days from the delivery date.
    3. Repack your order in the original or similar order box and attach the pre-paid shipping label onto the box (making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping labels).
    4. Contact UPS to arrange a pick-up or drop off your return at your nearest UPS location.

    All returns must be shipped from the same country/region they were purchased from.

    Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will verify the items before accepting the return. This process usually takes 3 to 7 days. If your items are accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund, or shipment of your exchange.

    You may also bring your return to your nearest boutique:

    1. Within 30 days, bring your items to one of our boutiques with proof of purchase. Ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached.
    2. Our store ambassadors will verify the items and proceed with the return. If your return does not follow our return policy, our team has the right to refuse your request.

    Refund timing will depend on the payment method used for the purchase.

    I lost my return label. How can I get a new one?

    If you have lost the pre-printed return label or any documentation necessary for return, please contact our Client Care.

    Where is my return?

    You can check the status of your return in the Follow your Return page, or inside your Account if you were logged in during your purchase.

    I decided to keep my order but have already completed the Return Form. What should I do?

    We are pleased you have decided to keep your purchase. You don't need to contact us, your request will be automatically deleted once the 30-day return period has expired.

    Can I combine returns from different orders?

    Offering you the best possible service is important to us. To ensure timely processing of your return, it is not possible to combine items from different orders.

    I lost my proof of purchase, how can I proceed?

    Please contact our Client Care, we will be pleased to help you.
    For returns of items purchased in boutique, we invite you to contact the boutique directly for information on their return policy.

    How do I request a return if I picked up the order in boutique?

    Please follow the same instructions for returning your order online or in a boutique, according to your preference.
