Upon arrival at our warehouse, your return will be verified by our product experts within 1–5 business days. Once your return has been approved, we will initiate your refund and send you a confirmation email. The time required for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your banking institution.
Where can I check my refund status?
You can check the status of your return through the Track Your Return page, or through your account if you were logged in when placing your order.
I need to return a gift, how will the refund be issued?
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For security reasons, we are unable to issue a refund to a different payment method or account.
Can I receive my refund to a payment method that is different from the one I used for the order?
For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
